Doris Elsa Haskin

Doris Elsa Haskin of Babson Park passed away Saturday, August 21, 2010 at her residence.

She was born March 11, 1930 in Bad Cannstatt, Germany to the late Erwin & Elsa Wurst Radloff; she came here in 1976 from Missouri. She was a homemaker and of the Episcopal faith. She loved music, traveling and her family. She was a member of the NCO Wives Club while a dependent in the U.S. Army.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Haskin in 2007. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Beasley of Babson Park; four sons, Frank Haskin of Orlando, William R. Haskin of Valdosta, GA, Richard Haskin of Babson Park and Karl Holder of Germany; sister, Edith Gottwald of Germany; brother, Horst Radloff of Germany; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, Florida 33823.
