Doris Ellen Gutierrez

Doris E. Gutierrez, 58 of Lake Wales, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Heart of Florida Hospital.

She was born September 14, 1955 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Nathan B. and Sarah G. (McLain) Hall and has been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a Registered Nurse for Heart of Florida Hospital. Doris was a former member of J.C.’s, loved bingo, fishing and helping others. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Lake Wales.

Survivors include her daughter, Laura Reddick and husband Tim of Lake Wales, Cristina Beck and husband Brad of LaBelle, FL; sisters, Mary Jane Brantley of Ft. Meade, Virginia Hooks of GA; brother, Donald Hall of Winter Haven; 3 grandchildren

Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral home with Rev. David Durham officiating.

Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 PM until service time.
