Donna Marie Whelan of Babson Park passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.

She was born November 3, 1960 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Robert and Margie Raff. Donna previously worked for the Department of Children and Families.

Donna is survived by her husband of 38 years, James Whelan; son, James Whelan of Babson Park; and sister, Terry “Jimmy” Keever of New Jersey.
