Donald Thomas “Radical” Rains, Jr. of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at his residence.

He was born December 28, 1957 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Donald and Edith Rains; he moved to Lake Wales from Saint Augustine 16 years ago. Donald was a security officer who loved to go fishing, hunting, and was an avid biker.

Donald is survived by his wife of 29 years, Carrell M. Rains; daughters, Michelle Rains, Rebel Nicole Curtis, and Meghan McKee; son, Harland Dakota Rains; sister, Cindy Hudson; brother, Robert Rains; three grandsons; and one granddaughter.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with David McGlinchey officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Worth Memory Gardens in Lake Worth.
