Donald R. Chance of Lake Wales, Florida passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at his residence.

Donald was born on March 2, 1964, in Lake Wales, FL to Jerry and Joyce Chance. Donald was a Delivery Manager for Lazy Days. He loved camping, fishing, football, and especially loved watching his grandson play baseball.

Donald is preceded in death by his father Jerry Chance, and brother Gerald Chance; he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cynthia “Rhene” Chance; his mother Joyce Brown of Lake Wales; his daughter Leah Chance of Lake Wales; and his grandson Carsen Johnson of Lake Wales.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. David Koon officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
