Donald Robert Carnahan, 79

Donald Robert Carnahan of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his residence.

He was born February 18, 1941 in Edwardsport, Indiana to the late Robert and Ruth Carnahan; he has been a winter resident of the area for the past 10 years. Donald was a farmer and a member of Impact Church of Lake Wales. He was a member of the Mason’s and the American Legion.

Donald is survived by his wife of 28 years, Patricia Carnahan; sons, Andrew Carnahan of Dallas, Texas, and Stephen Carnahan and wife Jill of Carlisle, Indiana; Pats children, Kimberly Heath and husband Tommy of Winter Haven, Florida, and Matthew Knight and wife Ivy of Bowling Green, Florida; sister, Joyce Memoring and husband Jerry of Vincennes, Indiana; brother, Mike Carnahan and wife Jill of Edwardsport, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2021 at Impact Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Impact Church Kid Zone (1201 Burns Ave., Lake Wales, Florida 33853).
