Dolores M. Johnson

Dolores M. Johnson, 93, of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born August 28, 1915 in Jamestown, NY to the late C. Fred & Mattie (Christianson) Johnson; and came here 17 years ago from Lakewood, NY. She was a retired clerk for the City of Jamestown, NY and attended the Spirit Lake Community Church. She was a volunteer at the Babson Park Elementary School.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, P. Harold Johnson and brothers, Roger W. Johnson and Fred L. Johnson. Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Berglund of Lake Wales and Patricia & Gregory Hall of Lake Wales; 5 grandchildren, Todd Berglund, Toby Berglund, Kim Berglund, Trevor Hall and Courtney Hall; and one great-granddaughter, Kendra Berglund.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the memorial service at 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Barry Schick and Dr. Gregory V.
