Diane Jackson

Diane Jackson, 58, of Winter Haven entered her eternal life with the Lord on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at her residence after a battle with cancer. She passed peacefully with her family by her side.

Diane was born January 16, 1954 to Ben and Mary Jackson. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; three brothers, Ben, Billy and Melvin Jackson; one sister, Geraldine Williams; and two brothers-in-law, David Hodge and John Lambert. Diane leaves behind four sisters, Betty Hodge of Albany, GA, Avis (Ken) Stapleton, Gladys Jackson and Susie Lambert all of Winter Haven. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including Nicci Lambert, Scott Stapleton and Rick Stapleton.

Diane was a faithful employee of Walt Disney for 37 years. She was also an avid gardener and loved to travel.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Stephen Bolden officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
