Dephra Jean Wooten

Dephra Jean Wooten of Haines City passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

Dephra was born March 20, 1926 in Lewisville, IN to the late Newton Dephra and Lucy Henrietta (Kyser) Wooten, and has been a resident of Florida since 1994 moving here form Indiana. He was retired from General Motors as a Tool Maker. Dephra loved golfing, traveling, fishing and people; he also was a veteran of WWII serving in the Army Air Corp and attended the Presbyterian church of Lake Hamilton.

Survivors include his wife of 5 years, Della W. Wooten; daughters, Nancy (David) Gross of Lake Wales, Jena (George) Hall of Newport, AR, Mary Bradburn of Anderson, IN, Doris Wooten of Grand Rapids, MI; sons, Gary (Kate) Wooten of Edmond, OK, Dan (Donna) Wooten of Bloomington, IN; sister, Camilla Cramer of Wilkinson, IN; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren

Family will receive friends on Friday, May 3, 2013 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
