Dennis Garcia

Dennis Paul Garcia, 62, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Winter Haven Hospital. He was born November 14, 1954 in Boxdale, Louisiana to the late Martin and Mary Passkuechie Garcia; he has been a resident of this area for 40 years, moving here from Delray Beach, Florida. He was a truck driver for Ben Hill Griffin and Oakley Transport. Dennis enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Tammy Garcia; sister, Susan Babcock (Gordon) of Mt. Vernon, Washington. Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Stephen Bass officiating.
