Delores Hare

Delores Hare, 87 of Lake Wales, entered into her eternal rest on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on November 15, 1930 in Sebring, Florida to the late John H. and Ebbie Mae Rimes Fortner and she has been a lifelong resident of this area. She was a Homemaker and a dedicated Pastors Wife. Delores was a member of the Revival Tabernacle, she was very active in her church and her family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Robert Hare, daughter, Linda Gail Fuller, son, Larry Hare and numerous brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Starling and husband Ernest, Jr. of Lake Wales; son, Kenneth Hare and wife Denise of Wappapello, Missouri; 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. David Koon and Pastor Herb Schlenker officiating. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
