Deborah Underwood

Deborah J. Underwood, “Debbie”, 68, of Haines City, Florida passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL.

She was born on November 5, 1947, in Cairo, Georgia to the late Donald and Martha (Sasser) Booth and has been a resident of Haines City for 11 years and previously from the Winter Haven and Frostproof areas.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Rocky” Underwood; daughters, Wendy Booth Riggins (Chuck Whitlock) of South Lake Wales, FL, Cindy (Kirk) Miller of Frostproof, FL and Sabrina (Nolan) Hodnett of Winter Haven, FL; sons, “Little Rocky” (Melissa) Underwood of Columbus, MS; sisters, Connie (Jack) Williams of Avon Park, FL and Susan Ogburn of Blairsville, GA and brother, Donald (Cindy) Booth of Avon Park, FL. She had 5 grandchildren; Makenzie Lee, Nickolas Riggins, Emma and Logan Hodnett and “Little Kirk” Miller and 2 great-grandchildren, Gage Lee and Hayden Lee.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with the funeral services to be held 10:00 AM, Friday, April 8, 2016 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Dr. Collet Varner officiating.
