Deborah “Debi” Lee Summerlin, 64

Deborah “Debi” Lee Summerlin of Frostproof passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Highland Regional Medical Center.

She was born May 23, 1957 in Lake Wales and has been a lifelong resident of the area. Debi was a homemaker and watched John Hagee Ministries on the television. She enjoyed canning, quilting, gardening, mowing her yard, and raising chickens.

Debi was preceded in death by her father, Ray Martin. She is survived by her husband, William M. “Pete” Summerlin; daughters, Sherri Dixon and husband Larry of Winter Haven, Crystal Jackson and husband Michael of Winter Haven, and Stacy Ray Summerlin of Tallahassee; sons, Jason T. Summerlin of Wahneta, and Shane Summerlin of Wahneta; mother, Jo Ann Wood of Lake Wales; brother, Richard “Rick” Martin of Lake Wales; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. Interment will follow at Silver Hill Cemetery.
