David is preceded in death by his son David Van Dyne. He is survived by his daughter; Gwen Van Dyne of St. Clairsville, OH; and his sons Johnny Van Dyne of St. Clairsville, OH and Ronnie and wife Teresa of St. Clairsville, OH; and his grandchildren.
