David James Fehser of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022 at his residence.

He was born December 23, 1943 in Harvey, Illinois to the late Irvin Fehser and Eleanor Stanley; he moved to Lake Wales from Boylston, Massachusetts in January of 2005. David was a retired Service Representative for Blue M. Engineering Company and a veteran of the United States Army who served from 1963 until 1965.

David was preceded in death by his father, Irvin Fehser; mother, Eleanor Atherton and husband Otis; and brother, Ronald Fehser. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Susan Kathleen Fehser; daughters, Karen Thibodeau and husband Neil of Whitinsville, Massachusetts, and Laurie Moore and husband David of Boylston, Massachusetts; son, David J. Fehser, Jr. of North Oxford, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
