David Allen Brown, 78, of Lake Wales passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 at Palm Terrace of Lakeland.

Born May 5, 1929 in Lockport, NY; He came here from Lockport, NY in 1990. He was a retired machine operator for Corson Manufacturing, a member of the First Presbyterian Church, and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

David was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalla Brown in 1994. Survivros include his daughter, Cindy Sue & Charles Crego of Lockport, NY; sons, David L. Brown of Lakeland; Anthony R. & Kimberly Brown of Hastings, NE; Almon D. & Nancy Barber of Wisconsin; brother, John & Patricia Brown of CA; sister, Marion & Anthony DeNcolantonio of Lockport, NY; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 11:30 AM, Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
