Danielle Sharon Sherman

Danielle (Dani) Sharon Sherman, 74, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015, at her residence. She was born on May 9, 1941, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Edward and Thelma (Shearon) Pike, and has been a resident since 2012.

She was a secretary for the Department of Welfare in Pennsylvania. Dani loved animals and was an animal rights activist.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Diefenderfer; daughter, Roberta (John) Walton, White Have, PA; son, Joseph Sherman, White Haven, PA; step-daughter, Kathy Nelson, Cold Spring, MN; and step-sons, Edward (Sue) Diefenderfer of Lancaster, PA and Samuel (Sally) Diefenderfer of Atlanta, GA. She has 1 grandchild.
