Daniel H. Roeser

Daniel H. Roeser of Indian Lake Estates passed away Monday, August 22, 2011 at his residence.

Born September 21, 1941 in Patterson, NJ to the late Henry Gunther and Mathilda (Kool) Roeser. He has been a resident of the area since 1947, coming here from Patterson, NJ. He was retired owner/operator of Roeser Cooling and Heating, and he also owned Dan's Native Nursery. Daniel served in the U.S. Air Force during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Daniel was preceded in death by his sister, Frances Roeser Todd. Survivors include his wife, Ann M. Roeser; great-nephew/son, Jason Todd of Lake Wales; and nephew, Daniel Todd.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales, with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice (105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL 33823) or Central Florida Cancer Institute (2 State Road 60 West, Lake Wales, FL 33853).
