LAKE WALES--Connie Sue Evans, 53, of Lake Wales died Sunday, April 1, 2007 at her residence.

Born June 7, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to the area from Bartow, FL. one year ago. She was the manager of Walgreen’s Liquor Store for 20 years, and she loved to spend time at the beach.

Survivors include her husband Gary Wayne Evans of Lake Wales; daughter Cassandra Ann and her husband Phillip Sappington of Lake Wales; five brothers, four sisters and grandchildren Katana and Phillip Sappington both of Lake Wales.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales.
