Master Conner Michael Ford died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents, Mike Ford and Ashley D. Hartley of Lakeland, Florida; maternal grandparents, Sheri Hartley and Marshall Hartley both of Lake Wales; maternal great-grandparents, Mary Lou Hartley and Calvin Lowe both of St. Augustine; paternal grandparents, Charles Ford and Lori Ford both of Lakeland; paternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Huber of Lakeland; many aunts and uncles.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the Lake Wales Cemetery with Rev. Jim Furno officiating.
