Cody Allen Hayes

Cody Allen Hayes of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010.

He was born June 6, 1988 to Debbie Crow and Hubert Hayes in Winter Haven. He graduated in May of 2006 from Haines City High School. Cody enjoyed many hobbies including fishing, playing football, shopping at the mall, listening to music and cooking. Cody also enjoyed hanging out with friends, spending time with family and playing with his nephew and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Chad & Christopher Crow; and his grandparents, Mable & Mack Binkley. Survivors include his mother, Debbie Crow; step-father, Billy Langford; father, Hubert Hayes; son, "Bighead"; sister, Jami Langford; brothers, Chad Langford, A.J. Langford, Ryan Langford and Charlie Freeman; nephew, Dylan Wilkinson; and nieces, Ciannna and Jada Watson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and girlfriends, one special girlfriend being Amanda.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Sunday, January 2, 2010 as well as from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Monday, January 3, 2010 and the funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
