Clynette Britt of Lake Wales passed away Friday, March 16, 2012 at her residence.
She was born February 6, 1938 in Ashburn, GA to the late J.T. Staines Sr and Myrtice I. (Akridge) Staines; and she came here from Ashburn, GA in 1955. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Wesley Britt; daughter, Darlene Hancock (Chuck) of Lake Wales; brothers, J.T. Staines Jr of Bartow and Timothy D. "Lane" Staines of Port Wentworth, GA; sisters, Catherine Smith of Byron, GA, Pauline Harnage of Lake Wales and Linda Hjort of Mulberry; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Lake Wales Cemetery with Rev. Samuel Quinn officiating.
