Clarence Hugh Neal of Frostproof passed away Friday, December 26, 2008 at The Oaks at Avon.

He was born November 22, 1929 in Byrdstown, TN to the late Raymond & Bertha (Amonette) Neal; he came here from Hartford City, IN in 1976. He was a retired food supervisor for the U.S. Army

Survivors include his brother, Roger Neal of Frostproof; sister, Frankie Arney of Monroe, TN.
