Clara Mabel Mills

Clara Mabel Mills, 83 died July 6, 2014.
Mabel was born November 15, 1930 to Gilbert and Dora Adams in Pike County, Ohio. She moved from Springfield, Ohio to Lake Wales, Florida in 1972.
Before Mabel’s retirement she worked 23 ½ years at Warner Southern College. Later she worked 13 years as week-end Information Hostess in the Visitor Center at Bok Tower Gardens.
She was a member of the South Lake Wales Church of God.
Mabel is preceded in Death by her parents, first husband Carl Richmond, second husband, Edward Mills, brothers Oren, Donald and Charles Adams and granddaughter, Jamie Richmond.
Survivors include sons, Richard (Linda) Richmond of Springfield, Ohio, Delbert (Darlene) Richmond of St. Cloud, Fl. Daughters, Vicki Richmond of Lake Wales, Fl, Robin (Steve) Jolley of Lake Wales, FL., and Mary ( Allen) Hadden of Auburndale, Fl., brother Everett Adams of St. Paris, Ohio, sister Julinia Skiles of Springfield, Ohio, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at the South Lake Wales Church of God with Dr. Steven Darr officiating. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 8 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
Marion Nelson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Contributions may be made to South Lake Wales Church God Building Fund at 210 Presidents Dr. Lake Wales, Fl. 33859 in lieu of flowers.
