CIDELL JOAN BULLWINKEL, 89
Cidell J. Bullwinkel of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Grace Healthcare.
She was born January 23, 1930 in Mechanicsburg, Ohio to the late Clyde and Maude L. (Thompson) Stockwell. She has been a resident of the area since 2002 coming from Ohio. She was a Secretary for the American Red Cross and of the Lutheran faith. She was previously an active member and secretary at Zion Lutheran Church in Ohio, loved music and dancing especially the Waltz and Polka. She was a swimming instructor, teaching hundreds of children to swim. She was a Cub Scout den mother and enjoyed beading, painting and traveling. Past President International Toast Mistress ITC,  member of the Child Conservation League, Springfield Liedertafel and American Business Women.  Cidell was an incredible mother and loved by everyone that met her.
She is survived by her children Clyde Wayne Bond of Springfield, OH, Rebecca Myers of Springfield, Ohio, Kari Marrs and husband Robert of Scottsdale, AZ, Betty Bond of Frostproof, FL, sister Beulah Mace of Lake Wales, FL, brother Bill Stockwell of Springfield, OH, 4 grandchildren Nicole Hennessy, Marie Brinckman, Sabrina May and Sam Suder, 8 great grandchildren, Steven Grile, Kearney, Angelina, Sam, Sophie, Ashton, Mark Jr., Isabella, nieces and nephews Doug Cornell, Linnie McMurray, Kenneth Cornell and Jimmy Stockwell.

Memorial service will be held 1:30 PM Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Lake Wales Women's Club, 275 East Park Avenue, Lake Wales, Florida 33853 and at the Zion Lutheran Church ,1500 Broadway , Springfield, Ohio 45504, Sunday, November 17, 2019 12 noon following worship service.
