Christopher Gene “Chris” Bragg of Bartow passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at Bartow Regional Medical Center.

He was born November 1, 1968 in Naples and has been a resident of Polk County his entire life. Chris was an electrician for J.H. Hamm Engineering and loved life. He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers. He loved making memories and spending time with his family.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, James Bragg. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Bragg; daughters, Amanda McCumber (Chuck) of Bartow, and Samantha Cody (James) of Debary; son, Kevin Bragg (Caitlin) of Lakeland; mother, Becky Bragg of Bartow; sister, Marcie Groover (Leslie) of Jacksonville; brothers, Allen Bragg (Susan) of North Carolina, Jimmy Bragg (Tammy) of North Carolina, and Bobby Ray Bragg (Esther) of Wauchula; eight grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
