Christine Cannon Colbourne

Christine Cannon Colbourne, 88, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in Frostproof.

She was born on September 30, 1927, in Frostproof, Florida to the late Rudolph and Ruby (Campbell) Anderson and has been a life-long resident of Frostproof. She was a homemaker and loved her family, yardwork and sewing. She was a church volunteer with a home bound ministry and was active with WMU through the First Baptist Church of Frostproof.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Edward M. Cannon and Robert A. Colbourne; daughter, Janain Mullins and grandson Thomas Crews.

Survivors include her daughter, Teresa (Wayne) Norris of Babson Park and son, Mike (Diane) Cannon of Frostproof. She had 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, April 1, 2016 at Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof with Chaplain Celillon Alteme and Pastor Darrol Hood officiating.
