Chi Yang Nelms, 85
Chi Yang Nelms of Lake Wales passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at AdventHealth Davenport.
She was born May 28, 1938, in Cheju Island, South Korea; She moved to Lake Wales from Dalton, Georgia in 1979. Chi Yang was a retail clerk and loved being outdoors and gambling.
Chi Yang was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nelms in 1998; son, James Albert West in 2016; and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Janice West.
An interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
