Cheryl Denise Worth

Cheryl Denise Worth of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born September 5, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan and came here in 2012 from Kentucky. She was a retired Hospital Control Desk Manager for the University of Kentucky and was a member of Impact Church.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her son, Zachariah M. Weinhold. Survivors include her mother, Virginia "Ginny" Weinhold of Lake Wales; and three brothers, Gary Zuern of Lake Wales, Marshall Zuern of Lake Wales and Gale Zuern of Witchita, Kansas.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 27, 2015 at Impact Church of Lake Wales with Rev. Walter Nelson officiating.
