Cheryl L. Massey, 66

Cheryl L. Massey of Williamson, Georgia passed away Monday, May 6, 2024.

She was born August 31, 1957 in Onawa, Iowa. Cheryl was an underwriter for State Farm Insurance and proudly served with the United States Navy. She enjoyed spending her time traveling, being in nature, and doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Lundy Locker. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, James Massey; sons, Joseph Massey and wife Sarah, and Kevin Massey and wife Jennifer; mother, Bernice Locker; brothers, Everett Locker, and Bob Locker and wife Helena; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Saint Jude Childrens Hospital (www.stjude.com).
