Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Melvyn S. Sherman. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Nelson Echevarria; daughter, Dina Shaaban of New York; mother, Sandra Hirscch of Delaware; and sister, Michelle Stephan of Delaware.
