Charlotte Ann Weis

Charlotte Ann Martin Weis, 69, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at Lake Wales Medical Center. She was born on March 29, 1947 in San Diego, California to the late Gayln and Marietta (Nuhn) Martin. She grew up in Lake Wales and attended Lake Wales High School, she moved away, following her husband in his military career, returning to Lake Wales in 1991. She was a Teacher at Janie Howard Wilson Elementary School. Charlotte was an avid Gator fan, class of 1965 reunion committee member, she was in the Bell choir at church and enjoyed family times. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steve. She is survived by her daughters, Pat Nepute & husband Tom of Winter Haven, Susie Johnson & husband Shawn of Dowling Park, Dee Bryant & husband Chris of Tampa; sister, Patsy Martin of Lake Wales; brother, Bobby Martin & wife Cyndi of Lake Wales; niece, Lacy and nephew, Skyler; 5 grandchildren, Elizabeth and Katie Nepute, Drew & Julie Bryant and Rebekah Johnson. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Negley officiating. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday April 28, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
