CHARLEY HERNANDEZ, Infant
LAKE WALES -- Master Charley Ramirez Hernandez, the son of Juan Ramirez and Maritza Hernandez of Lake Wales, died Thursday (April 27, 2006) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was an infant.
He was born in Lakeland on April 27, 2006.
In addition to his parents, Master Hernandez is survived by his brothers, Osbaldo Hernandez, Oliver Ramirez, both of Lake Wales; sisters, Mariela Hernandez, Yamileth Hernandez, both of Lake Wales; maternal grandmother, Teresa Garcia, Lake Wales; maternal grandfather, Jesus Hernandez, Lake Wales.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Lake Wales Cemetery.
