Charles Martin Powers

Charles Martin Powers, 87, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Florida Hospital Heartland in Sebring, Florida.

He was born July 20, 1929, in Kansas City, Missouri to the late William and Mabel Powers and he has been a long-time resident of this area. He was a retired service engineer for Cook Paint and Varnish.

He was preceded in death by his sisters and brother.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Dorothy Powers; sons, Richard Martin Powers and his wife Joy of Hartland, Wisconsin, John Thomas Powers and his wife Kim of Jackson, Wisconsin, and Jim Powers and his wife Pam of Conyers, Georgia; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
