Charles W. Meadows, Jr. passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 due to a seizure.
He was born November 27, 1972.
He is preceded in death by his brother Jedediah F. Worstell (2001), biological father Charles W. Meadows, Sr.
He is survived by his mother Jamie Ann Shelton-Bodin and her husband Christopher Bodin, William D. Worstell, he was the only real father he had, uncle Harold E. Shelton and wife Nancy, Aunt Marcella “Lu” Shelton and husband Terry Spears, Great Aunt Shelia K. Mundy, cousins Anderson L. Shelton and wife Tiffani, Anna Lee Shelton, Sean, Brian and Kelly Mundy.
Graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
