Charles Martin Lute, Sr. “Charley” of Lucasville, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Lake Wales Medical Center in Lake Wales, FL.
He was born January 13, 1945 in Scioto County, OH to the late Doran Edgar and Mae Lute. Charley was retired from Millwright Local Union #1519 and a member of the Masonic Lodge #465 in Lucasville, OH, the American Legion in Portsmouth, OH and the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. He was an avid fan of Auto Racing.
Charles was preceded in death by his son, Larry Lute. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Jane Lute; daughter, Shelli Boland (Sonny) of Stout, OH; sons, Charles M. Lute, Jr. of Lucasville, OH, Scott E. Lute (Kim) of Lucasville, OH and Joshua A. Lute of Monroe Falls, OH; sisters, Donna Anderson of Price, UT and Mary Jane Lute of Minford, OH; brothers, William Lute of Lucasville, OH and Edgar Lute of Columbus, OH; seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will take place in Ohio. For those who wish, donations may be sent to Southern Ohio Medical Center, Hospice House in Portsmouth, OH.Guestbook
