Charles Alvin "Joe" Keathley

Joe Keathley of Lake Wales passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at his home.

He was born May 5, 1938 in Texarkana, Oklahoma; he came here from California 60 years ago. He was a retired boat driver for Cypress Gardens.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Alva Aaron and Jessie Elizabeth Keathley; and two daughters, JoLynn Garcia and Kasey Minear. Survivors include his daughters, Elizabeth Widner of Ohio, Landi Coy (Michael) of Florida, Shannon Roberts (Lonnie) of Auburndale and Crystal Williams of Florida; son, Joseph Keathley (Connie) of Lake Wales; sister, Iona Ornellas of California; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
