Charles W. Hall

Charles W. Hall of Lake Wales passed away Monday, November 8, 2010 at his residence.

He was born February 1, 1929 in Bay Minette, AL to the late Oresta and Mae (Hudson) Hall; and came to Lake Wales from Alameda, CA in 1967. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service, a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waverly.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce P. Hall; daughters, Linda Hall of Orlando, Dianne Hall of Palatka; sons, Wesley Hall of Winter Haven, Douglas Hall of Brandon; sisters, Jeannette Smith of Mayo, Betty Jean Pedersen of Lake Wales; brother, Billy Lee Hall of Summerville, SC; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 12, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
