Charles "Chuck" E. Bowman

Charles E. “Chuck” Bowman of Frostproof, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Somers Hospice House, Sebring, Florida.

He was born April 13, 1926, in Cotton Hill Township, Missouri to Cephus Elmer and Anna Jane (Brown) Bowman and has been a resident of the area for 37 years, coming from Michigan. Chuck enjoyed woodworking and making clocks, was a fan of the Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Rays, Michigan Wolverines and was a life member of the Masonic Lodge.

He was proceeded in death by his daughter, Susan Geiermaan, his first wife Beverly Bowman and his companion of 30 years Donna Hamilton.

Survivors include his daughter, Kelly Ann Grandchamp and her husband George of Perrington, Michigan; son, Michael G. Bowman of Frostproof, FL, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date in Flint, Michigan.
