CHARLES ALEXANDER “CHUCK” BANKS, JR.

Chuck Banks of Frostproof passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born January 25, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Charles and Theora Banks; he and his wife Susan came to Florida in 1975 from Maryland. He was a retired mechanic and loved working on cars, RVing, southern rock music and the Florida Gators. But most of all, he loved his family.

Chuck was preceded in death by his sister, Theora Joan Pleines. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Susan Banks; sons, Charles A. Banks III “Chuck” (Krystal) of Hudson and Christopher A. Banks (Kelly) of Frostproof; sister, Kathy Fisher of Ellicott City, MD; and four grandchildren, Kylie, Morgan, Emma and Lucas.

Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospice (450 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL 33823).
