Carole Curlee, 79

Carole Curlee of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Katherines Place in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

She was born August 29, 1941 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late Arthur and Anna Eberle; she moved to Waverly from Indiana in 1969 and has been a resident of Arkansas for the past year. Carole was a retired clinic nurse from the Polk County Public School System and was a member of Waverly Baptist Church.

Carole was preceded in death by her husband, Lemuel “Boe” Curlee in 2001; son, Jerry Curlee in 1961; daughters, Catherine Curlee in 1963, Nikki Davis in 2001, and Brenda Curlee; and brothers, David Eberle and Arthur Eberle. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Lang and husband Jake of Fayetteville, Arkansas; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. David Durham officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
