Carmen Ramos Rodriguez

Carmen Ramos Rodriguez, 87, of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Astoria Nursing Home in Winter Haven.

She was born March 6, 1936, in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico to the late Anastacio Ramos and Maria Isabel Rodriguez; she came here a few years ago from California. She was a retired property manager and member of the IDD Pentecostal Church of God. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, loved to sing and sports, especially softball.

Survivors include her husband, Gilberto Ramos; daughter, Zenaida Amaro of California; son, Pedrito Rodriguez of Lake Wales; sisters, Noemi Ramos of Long Island, NY, Maria L. Ramos of Avon Park and Dalila Camacho (Pedro) of New York; brother, Jesus M. Ramos (Noemi) of Davenport; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 12, 2024, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Rafael Morales officiating.
