Lewis Jones of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born November 29, 1948 in Lake Wales, Florida. He has been a lifelong resident of the area and was a Fork Life Operator for Hunt Brothers. He was a Veteran in the United States Army serving in Viet Nam. He enjoyed fishing, vegetable and flower gardening and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Christ Central Church in Lake Wales.

He is preceded in death by his father Ira A. Jones and sister Carol Ann Stewart.

He is survived by his mother Louise Jones of Lake Wales, FL, daughters Mary A. Evans and husband Lake Wales, FL, Katherine Adkinson of Interlocken, FL, son Casey Jones of Frostproof, FL, sister Barbara Collins of Lake Wales, FL, brothers Donald Jones of Babson Park, FL, Richard “Buddy” Jones of Lake Wales, FL, Robert Jones of Orlando, FL, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, November 7, 2016 at Christ Central Church in Lake Wales, family will receive friends at 1:00PM.
