Brenda C Payne

Brenda C. Payne 50, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born September 22, 1963 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Norman C. and Elizabeth L. (Henderson) and she has been a lifelong resident of the area. Brenda was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Frostproof.

Survivors include her brothers, N.C. “Bucky” and his wife Cindy Payne of Winter Haven, Bryan Payne of Sebring; sister, Beth and husband Henry Smith of Frostproof

Private family services are scheduled.
