Brenda Harper Holt, 78

Brenda Harper Holt of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

She was born November 1, 1945 in Asheboro, North Carolina to the late James and Josephine Harper; she moved to Lake Wales from North Carolina in 1965. Brenda was a retired office manager and was part of a quilting club. She loved babysitting family, painting, art, crocheting, and her animals. She had a strong faith in the Lord.

Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Allan Harper. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Holt; daughter, Lisa Holt Martinez (Wayne Blansit) of Mulberry; sister, Cathy Johnson (Gene) of Lake Wales; grandchildren, Kelsey Holt (Tyler Nobles), Cody Martinez, and Kiley Martinez; sister-in-law, Debbie Harper; dog, Rusty; and nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
