Brady Cleveland Smith

Brady Cleveland Smith, 73, of Winter Haven, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at his home.   He was born June 11, 1943 in Johnson City, Tennessee, to the late Monroe and Margaret (Blankenbeckler) Smith and moved to this area permanently coming from Chicago, IL.   They lived in Ohio for many years while their children were growing up.    He worked as a plumber for General Motors, and was a member of the Blue Lodge and a charter member of the Masonic Lodge in Huber Heights, Ohio.   He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Paula Smith of Winter Haven; daughter Jennifer Ann Khan and her husband Ekbal Khan of Miamisburg, OH; sons, Mark Smith and his wife Danna of Winter Haven and Michael Smith also of Winter Haven; 5 grandchildren; Alina Khan, Leena Smith, Zarina Khan, Zamir Khan and Aydan Alcantar.   And a sister, Mary Helen Lowe and her husband Ronald of Elizabethtown, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2:00 to the service time at 3:00 PM at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.   A reception will follow at the funeral home after the service.
