LAKE WALES--Bonnie C. Alexander of Lake Wales died of heart failure Sunday, December 24, 2006 at the Lake Wales Medical Center. She was 63.

Born October 22, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA; she came to the area in 1979 from Mt. Prospect, IL. She was a nurse at the Lake Wales Medical Center for 20 years and at the Groves Center. She enjoyed cross stitch and family times and was a cat lover.

Survivors include her sisters, Nancy A. Brenner of Winter Haven; Peggy McCartney of Lake Wales; nephew, Jay Brenner of Winter Haven; niece, Joy McCartney of Lake Wales and great-nephew, Jacob Brenner.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 30, 2006 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. For those who wish, donations can be made to the Groves Center, 512 South 11th Street, Lake Wales, FL 33853.
