FROSTPROOF -- Mr. Billy Clyde Dison of Frostproof died of heart failure Friday (Aug. 25, 2006). He was 72.
Born Dec. 8, 1933, in Brooksville, Ala., Mr. Dison moved to Frostproof from Boaz, Ala., 40 years ago. He served in the Air Force. He worked as a fruit picker for Hubert Williams Harvesting. He was Baptist.
Mr. Dison is survived by his wife, Mary Pauline Dison, Frostproof; daughters, Mary Joann Dison, Alabama, Shirley Ann Dison, Texas, Wanda Joyce Dison, Alabama; stepdaughter, Martha Ann Johnson, Frostproof; sisters, Verma Moore, Alabama, Alta Faye Hilms, Boaz, Linda Phillips, Trustville, Ala.; and nine grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Silver Hill Cemetery, Frostproof.
