Beverly Clyatt Elmore, 71

Beverly Clyatt Elmore of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born December 19, 1950 in Lake Wales to the late James and Geneva Clyatt. Beverly was a retired comptroller for Kenney Construction in Albany, Georgia and was of the Christian faith.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 51 years, Charles R. Elmore, Sr.; daughter, Dorian Fowler and husband Joe of Grants Pass, Oregon; son, Charles Ray Elmore, Jr. and wife Yesenia of Winter Haven; sister, Sandra Milton and husband Dan of Lake Wales; brother, James Clyatt and wife Diane of Lake Wales; and six grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 21, 2022 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Chaplain Tom Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor can be made to the Shriners Hospital (www.shrinerschildrens.org/en) or Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital (www.stjude.org).
