BETTY L. RICE, 73
Betty L. Rice of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at The Forsythe Hospice House in Auburndale.
She was born November 8, 1945 in Jamestown, Tennessee to the late Wayne and Lillian Ward (Tucker) Brown. She was a Landscaper. Betty enjoyed taking care of her family, fishing, traveling and going to the Georgia cabin.
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Donna Jones, and sister Shirley Brown.
She is survived by her spouse Gary Rice, sons Michael Choate and wife Geneva of Lake Wales, Fl, William Choate of Lake Wales, FL, brother Jerry Brown and wife Marsha of Lake Wales, FL, sister Freda Murray and husband Elmer of Mineral Wells, WV, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held 5:00PM Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Waverly Baptist Church. For those who wish donations may be made to the Waverly Baptist Church at 706 Orange Avenue Waverly, Florida 33877
